How do I start a custom order?

Please fill out the contact form, call us, or send us an email and we will get back with you. 

Do I need my own artwork? 

Having high resolution print ready art is always best and least expensive. There is a charge if we have to miniplate and/or create custom artwork.

What print methods do you use?

Depends on the job requirement. We do not utilize traditional screen printing. We use DTF, Plastisol, Vinyl, sublimation, embroidery, and Laser. 

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
and Amex. We do not accept personal checks. 

Customer provided garments

We prefer to purchase garments directly from our suppliers to minimize liability. If you provide your own garments for printing, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages. 

How do I report an issue?

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@idesignsnc.com and we will work to rectify the issue ASAP.
